How do I save a coupon to my account?
All you have to do is click “Save It” on the coupon and it will automatically be saved in your account. It will then be available for you to use the next time you shop.

Where can I see the coupons I have saved?
You can see all the coupons you have saved in the "My Coupons" tab.

Do I need to print coupons?
No. Our coupons are paperless and work automatically when you swipe your loyalty card at the register, so there is no need to print anything. However, for your convenience, you have the option of printing a shopping list which includes your coupons.

Is there a limit on the number of coupons I can save?
You may have up to 99 different coupons saved in your account at any time.

How do I know the coupon has been used?
Your savings will be itemized on your receipt. In addition, the coupon will no longer appear in the My Coupons or Shopping List Tabs.

Do coupons expire?
Yes, expiration dates appear on each coupon.

How do I know when a coupon is going to expire?
The expiration date is shown on each coupon wherever it is shown on our site.

Can coupons be doubled or tripled?
Paperless coupons will be redeemed for face value only and will not be doubled or tripled.

How many times can a coupon be used?
The number of times a coupon can be used is up to the manufacturer, but most coupons can be used once.

Are all products for which there are coupons available at all stores and locations?
While the products for which we have offers are broadly available, some products may not be available at all stores.

How often will there be new coupons available?
We are working with manufacturers all the time to add coupons, so check back often to see the available offers.

Can I use a paperless coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?
Most manufacturers limit savings to one coupon per item purchased.

Can I delete coupons from my account?
Yes. If you don’t want a coupon any more, just go to the "My Coupons" tab and click “Delete” on that coupon.

What if I delete a coupon from "My Coupons" by mistake?
If the coupon is still available from the manufacturer, you can re-save it.

Can I print out a shopping list with the products that have coupons?
Yes. Just go to the Shopping List page to print a list of the coupons saved in your account. Remember though that coupons are redeemed automatically when you swipe your loyalty card at the register, so printing a shopping list is not necessary and is for your convenience only.

What do I do if a coupon didn’t work properly?
If you are in the store, please go to the customer service counter for assistance. If you have already left the store, please send us an email with as much detail as possible, and we will work to resolve your issue.

How do I add a loyalty card to my account?
Just click on “My Account”, then click on “Add a card” in the “My Household” section and enter your loyalty card number, which is usually below the bar code on the back of the card. You can then swipe any of the cards that you have registered on your account at the register to use any of the coupons you have saved.

How do I remove a card from my account?
Click on “My Account”, and then click on “Delete” in the “My Household” section. Remember, however, that you need to have at least one card linked to your account in order to use the coupons you have saved.

What do I do if I lose my loyalty card?
Contact your retailer to get a replacement. If the replacement card has the same number as the original, you don’t need to change anything on your account. If it has a different number, go to "My Account", click “Delete” to remove the original card number and then click on “Add a card” to add the new one.

What if I need to change the cards on my account?
If you need to add a card, just click on “My Account”, then click on “Add a card” in the “My Household” section, enter your loyalty card number, which is usually below the bar code on the back of the card, and click “Save”. If you need to remove a card, click on “My Account”, and then click on “Delete” in the “My Household” section.

What happens if I delete all the cards on my account?
You need to have at least one loyalty card linked to your account to be able to save or use coupons.

Is it free to have a paperless coupon account?
Yes, there is no charge to create or use your account.

Can I have more than one user on my account?
Yes. You can have as many users on your account as you would like. If you do have more than one user, each will be able to use any of the coupons in your account, as long as their loyalty card has been added to the account as well.

Can I link my card to more than one account?
No. Each store loyalty card can only be used to use coupons from one account.

Can I have more than one card per retailer on my account?
Yes. To add a card, just click on "My Account", then Add A Card in the “My Store Card” section, enter your loyalty card number, which is usually below the bar code on the back of the card, and click Save. You can then swipe any of the cards on your account at the register to use any of the coupons you have saved.

What happens if I change the zip code on my account?
Because manufacturers define available offers by zip code, if you change your zip code, you may lose the coupons that have been saved in your account. You can then review and save any of the coupons available in your new zip code.

How do I change my email address?
If you need to change the email address on your account, just click on “My Account” and replace your email in the “Email Address” and “Confirm Email Address” fields, and click “Save”.

How do I change my password?
After you log in, simply go to the “My Account” page, enter and confirm your new password in the appropriate fields, and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Please request a password reset. This feature is also available on the

Please contact us and provide the name on your account and we will send your user name to the email address on your account.

Who Is Zavers?
Zavers is a leader in providing paperless coupons and your retailer uses Zavers’ technology to make coupons available on the Internet and to allow you to use them at their stores. When you register for your retailer’s paperless coupon program, you are signing up for a Free Zavers account, which will make saving easy wherever you see the Zavers logo.

What is “Savings in Account?”
“Savings in Account” is the total value of all the coupons currently saved in your account.

“Savings Last Visit” is the total value of the coupons you used on your last store visit.

What services are available for use on my phone?
Three mobile services are available to make it easier for you to save on the products you want.

Mobile Web Site. With our mobile web site, you can view coupons and save them to your account. In addition, you can view the coupons saved in your account in “My Coupons”. You can visit this site by entering m.zavers.com in your phone’s browser.
- Text Notification. We will send you notifications of new coupons and offers via text messaging.

Short Code. Occasionally, manufacturers will put a six digit text messaging Short Code in their coupons either on the web or in printed materials. If you see a coupon you want this way, you can text the six digit code to 224466 and it will automatically be saved in your account and we will send you a confirmation text message.

What does it cost to use these mobile services?
There is no charge from Zavers or your retailer, but normal text messaging and data usage charges from your cell phone carrier will apply.

What devices do your mobile services work with?
The Text Notification and Short Code services work on any text-capable device. The Mobile Web Site works on any mobile web-capable device.

Do I have to register to use mobile services?
If you would like to take advantage of the Short Code and Text Notification services, you will need to register your phone number and give us permission to send you text messages. You can do this within the Mobile Tab at “My Account”. You do not need to register separately to use the mobile version of our web site.

Using your phone’s browser, go to m.zavers.com

How do I save coupons from my phone?
Use your normal method of selecting and entering on your phone to click on the coupons you want. This method of selecting and entering will vary by phone, but once you save a coupon, it will be added to your account and visible on the "My Coupons" page, the same as if you saved it from your computer.

How do I use coupons that I saved from my phone?
Coupons saved from your phone are used the same way as coupons saved on the Internet-just swipe your loyalty card at the register and your savings will automatically be deducted from your bill and printed on your receipt.

Do I need to download anything to my phone?
Your phone needs to be text and mobile web capable to take advantage of our mobile services. If it is, you do not have to download anything to your phone.

How do I log in on my phone?
To log in to the mobile version of our site at m.zavers.com, use the same email and account password that you use on your computer

Are the coupons on my phone the same as on my computer?
Yes. The coupons available for saving and use are the same regardless of the way you access them.

Do I receive confirmation that coupons have been saved to my account?
If you use the Text Notification or Short Code services, we will send you a confirmation text that coupons have been saved into your account. If you use the Mobile Web service, you can confirm that coupons have been saved in the "My Coupons" tab.

Is there a limit to the number of coupons I can save from my phone?
You can save as many different coupons as you want into your account from your phone or from the Internet, but most coupons can only be used once.

What if I’m having trouble accessing the internet?
You should contact your cell phone carrier’s service department for assistance.

What happens if I change my phone number?
You need to register your new phone number, and carrier if applicable, in the Mobile tab under "My Account".

Please go to "My Account" and let us know who your new carrier is under the Mobile Tab.

How do I opt out of text or mobile services?
Go to the Mobile Tab on the "My Account" page to opt out of receiving messages and offers on your mobile phone.

Can I sign up for an account from my phone?
No. At this time, the only way to sign up for an account is on the Internet on your computer. Once your account is established, you can access it on your phone.
