  1. Do Zavers offers expire?

    Yes, expiration dates appear on each coupon

  2. Does Zavers sell or share my personal information with other companies?

    No! Zavers respects your privacy. Your personal information is used only to provide you with the best offers and information.

  3. What if I lose my store frequent shopper card?

    Contact the store's Customer Service to have a new card issued. Be sure to let them know that it is a replacement card so they can link your new card to your established store account.

    If for any reason you open a new account, you will need to register your new store card number in your Zavers account. Just go to the My Account page, click on 'Add a card', and add your new card information.

  4. Do I have to print the coupons and take them to the store?

    No. Once a coupon is saved into your account it will be automatically redeemed at checkout when your loyalty, or ID card, is scanned. However, for your convenience, you have the option of printing a list of your saved coupons.

  5. How many Coupons can I save to my account?

    There isn't a limit to how many coupons you save.

  6. Do coupons vary from one location to another?

    Coupon availability is determined by each manufacturer and may vary by location.

  7. If I use Zavers can I still use paper coupons?

    Yes, you may use Zavers in addition to any other savings tools. However, most manufacturers limit one coupon per item purchased.

  8. What if my favorite store doesn't offer Zavers?

    Please let them know you'd like them to become a participating store! Watch the Zavers home page for information on new stores being added to the system.

  9. What if my favorite brands don't offer coupons at Zavers?

    Please let them know you'd like to receive offers from them at Zavers! Visit the site often to see new brands and offers available.

  10. When are new coupons added to the site?

    Manufacturers add new coupons all the time. Please check back often to see new offers!

  11. What if I've deleted a coupon from My Coupons by mistake?

    If the coupon is still available from the manufacturer you can re-select from the Brand or Store Coupon page.
